Name Change For My Blog

Today I changed the name for my blog to "marketinginfosiva.blogspot.com"

SIVA stands for Solution, Information, Value and Access. I had a soft corner for the word Siva because it not only signifies the name of one of the Indian deities, Siva, but it also means 'consciousness" or Atma, the soul. Like I said earlier I am a Philosopher in my thinking. So naturally I was drawn to that word.

I started this blog to not only provide information for my readers but also track on my own progress in my understanding of business and marketing.

There are many concepts like Internet Marketing, Network Marketing, MLM, etc. I would like to touch upon all these topics as I fill up my blog. While there are so many business models, most products sold are really all good I found. So really a good business model with a good and affordable product would be ideal for anyone to join. I tried both GDI which costs only $10 a month and GBG 10-in-1 multi vitamin liquid for $19.95 a month. Of the two I must say I enjoyed the multivitamin liquid as a product and also found that it had a better compensation plan. More later.

Internet Marketing Can Be Fun

It was so much fun to attend the training webinar at Niche Profit Classroom today. The webinar went on for more than two hours and I didn't even realize the time fly by.

I would recommend this site to anybody for there is so much to learn on this site. There are a lot of video tutorials, tools and support. And to top it Adam Short and Alen Sultanic are amazing in their ability to teach. They are very patient and practical teachers. It is truly a blessing to be a part of this school.

Postive Attitude Essential

When my daughter went off to college, I realized I needed to have some kind of avocation in order to keep my mind constructively occupied. I have always found Computers very fascinating and wanted to find a job that would involve some skillset involving computers.

As I started exploring on line for online job opportunities I kept coming up with home based business opportunities. In as much as I was trying to avoid doing business because I thought I was not really cut out for business, I was being shown all kinds of business opportunities. So I tried to seriously sit down and understand what a business opportunity is and what it entails. I had to find my reasons of why I wanted to work from home. The reasons I listed were very appealing and motivated me to move on in quest of my happiness.

I had to practically force myself to understand these concepts by going to various opportunities and studying their products and their business models. Additionally, I found that I had to change my whole philosophy of life and conquer my negative attitudes and reallly work on myself.
You might ask "doesn't that hold true for a person in any field or profession?"

That is true but I think it is more so for a person in business. For they depend on their own inner strengths and convictions! Positive attitude is absolutely essential and they have to find their inner strength from within. So self development becomes an integral part of their training.

Everybody's Business

Like I said I am a philosopher. But, whether you know it or not everybody is a philosopher in their own right.

Being philosophically inclined, naturally, I ask myself, "who am I?" "Why am I here?" and "where am I going?" These questions led me to explore the scriptures and the conclusion I reached is that we are all born to fulfill our innate and acquired desires. All our actions lead to the fruition of those desires. In the process everybody is buying or selling something at some point or other in their lives. That something, maybe an idea, a service or a product. So, in a way doing business is everybody's business. Some do it unknowingly while others do it as a career.

So I decided to do Internet Marketing and Network Marketing for fun with the hope that I can contribute to society in a significant way with my products and my wealth. This opened up a fascinating world of the Internet opening the doors to the wealth of knowledge on marketing. As I am exploring the subject, I will share my experiences here to those who maybe interested.

Talking about Health, Wealth and Life!

Being a philosopher, naturally I wonder what life is all about. My theory is that life is what each
individual makes of it. Each individual paints their life with the strokes of desires they entertain. In order to have a rich life one has to have health, wealth and life!

When you have good health, you can create wealth and with that wealth you can have a good life. That seems to be the ultimate goal for everyone. But most of us live our lives without really focusing on these goals specifically. We randomly work toward fulfilling our desires but do we really have a plan of action?
